A visit to Selfridges with my mum. We brought home some beautiful Pierre Hermé macaron. Lemon, strawberry and balsamic, strawberry and wasabi and pistachio. It's seems such a shame to eat something so pretty but it was well worth it. I'd like to try to make some but I fear I'd only be disappointed with the results.
