We strive to be kind to our environment, therefore, we do not include invoice unless required by custom for international shipment. Occasionally you will see your order arrived in re-used Amazon packages or boxes from other shop (yes, we shop online too! ;-), this helps us keep our shipping cost down and able to continue to offer Free US Shipping for order over $100. 

Unless otherwise noted in the listing, we cut and ship order within 2 business days. During sales and holidays period, please allow up to 7 business days for processing your orders. Shipping time varies depending on your location and shipping option.

All order will receive tracking information. Once you receive shipping tracking information, the package’s adventurous journey is no longer in our control. Please check your tracking number for their delivery status.
